Shaloo Sharma is a seasoned neurodiversity consultant and inclusive education advocate with 25+ years of experience in special education and neurodiverse learning strategies. With years of hands-on work supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences, she brings deep expertise in curriculum design, educator training, and systemic inclusion practices. As the Founder and Chief Service Provider of Evoluer Solutions, she designs and delivers training programmes for educators, parents, and corporate leaders, helping institutions build accessible and supportive learning and workplace environments. Her work spans policy advocacy, social-emotional learning, and inclusive frameworks aimed at empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive academically, professionally, and socially.
Dolly Narayan brings over three decades of experience in disability inclusion, special education, and coaching, with a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent young adults in higher education and transition contexts. She is a trained special educator, art-based therapy practitioner, and ICF-certified coach, specialising in executive functioning, self-advocacy, communication, and social-emotional skill development. As an Executive Functioning Coach, she supports students with practical strategies for organisation, planning, emotional regulation, and independent campus living. She also works closely with educators and institutions to strengthen inclusive practices through training, coaching, and programme design.
Sanjog Kumawat is an Assistive Technology Trainer and Accessibility Professional with over six years of experience supporting persons with visual impairments in digital literacy and accessible education. He is an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and works with Benetech (Bookshare), providing accessibility testing and technical support across Windows, Android, and web platforms. He specialises in training users on screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, VoiceOver, and ChromeVox, along with accessible reading and writing tools for academic and professional use, including STEM content. He also has conducted assistive technology training for students and educators across India.
Dr. Homiyar Mobedji is a disability and accessibility expert with nearly four decades of experience advancing inclusive technology and digital literacy. As Director – Programmes at Benetech, he leads initiatives across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on accessible content, assistive technology, capacity building, and policy advocacy. He supports organisations in building digital literacy ecosystems and specialises in working with individuals with visual impairment to enhance productivity using Windows and Android platforms, while also counselling students and parents. Drawing on both lived experience of vision loss due to Retinitis Pigmentosa and professional expertise, he is widely recognised for building strong partnerships across government, corporate, and civil society sectors to advance inclusive change.
Reena Gupta is the Senior Director and Head of the Office of Learning Support at Ashoka University and Chair of the Inclusive University Alliance. She leads the development of a comprehensive, research-driven inclusive education framework that supports students with specific learning needs at the university level. Her work focuses on advancing accessibility, strengthening student support systems, and driving institutional transformation at Ashoka, while fostering collaborations with universities in India and abroad to expand inclusive practices in higher education.
Neha Trivedi is the Founder of Spandan, an inclusion and accessibility consultancy that works with organisations to create customised solutions for persons with disabilities. With over two decades of experience in inclusion and accessibility, she specialises in awareness-building and inclusive higher education. She has contributed to key national initiatives and policy developments, including accessible STEM education for persons with blindness, accessible ATMs, inclusive banking regulations, and amendments to the Copyright Act of India. She has authored research and publications on inclusion and accessibility and previously led inclusive education services at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Sonam Moondhra is an education specialist and college counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting students in India and abroad. Over the course of their career, she has counselled more than 50,000 students from diverse academic, social, and learning backgrounds. Her work focuses on helping young people identify their strengths, make informed academic decisions, and access institutions that support individual needs. She has extensive experience working with students with disabilities and learning differences and actively advocates for inclusive and equitable education across schools and colleges in India. Through collaboration with students, parents, universities, and organisations, her aim is to make higher education guidance accessible, sensitive, and empowering for all learners.
